Embodiment gates before physical action
A seed note on why embodiment must pass through simulation, supervision, and emergency-stop design.
Embodiment changes risk
A virtual persona can be corrected after a bad response. A physical action can break objects, invade space, or create safety hazards. That difference changes the release process.
Gate sequence
The minimum path is simulation, operator review, permission scoping, logging, emergency stop, and supervised lab execution. Each gate should be visible to the user, not only to the developer.
Evaluation target
The project should measure reversibility, action latency, uncertainty reporting, and whether the human operator can interrupt the loop at any time.
