Roadmap matrix decision

Cards were not enough

The five moonphase cards looked atmospheric, but they did not explain dependency or structure. A roadmap must show how tracks evolve and how a later phase depends on earlier work.

Matrix model

The new model keeps the cinematic moonphase orbit while adding six research tracks: persona, memory, affect, interface, embodiment, and governance.

What it prevents

The matrix prevents vague promises by forcing each year to name deliverables and non-goals.
