Interface redesign log
The public site splits homepage storytelling from research, roadmap, and governance systems.
Why the site needed a split
The first version proved that the project could ship, but too many child pages reused homepage fragments. The redesign gives each section a job: project definition, system blueprint, roadmap operation, article archive, and governance console.
What changed visually
The homepage becomes a gateway. Architecture receives a graph. Roadmap receives a matrix. Research and Moonlog receive magazine-style article lists with real detail pages.
Acceptance bar
No major route should feel like a cropped homepage section.
